This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website (pocketledger.ae) and, at a high level, how data is treated inside the PocketLedger product. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What this website collects

The marketing site you are reading is a static website. It does not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The only records generated by your visit are standard hosting and server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested), kept by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

When you request a demo or contact us, your message arrives by email. We receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, firm name, and contact details — and we use it only to respond to you.

Cookies

This marketing site does not set cookies. The PocketLedger application (a separate, signed-in product) uses essential authentication cookies to keep you securely logged in. It does not use cookies for advertising.

Product data, at a high level

Inside the PocketLedger product, each accounting practice’s data is isolated to that practice. Client records, documents, and accounting entries you manage in PocketLedger belong to your firm and are processed to provide the service. We do not sell your data or your clients’ data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Your rights and requests

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send any such request to hello@pocketledger.ae and we will respond by email.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
